I had to bring my vehicle in for a routine service, and my service rep Erica Flores made my overall experience very smooth and pleasant. I was provided a loaner vehicle, and although the morning was very b my service rep Erica Flores made my overall experience very smooth and pleasant. I was provided a loaner vehicle, and although the morning was very busy, i observed Lupe managing her post quite impressively under obvious pressure from the customers. She was able to secure me a loaner vehicle and get me on my way back to work, while my vehicle was being serviced.
