Had to take my Sprinter in for service. Nate was awesome! It ended there. My Sprinter is my business. I don't need it Friday so I dropped it Friday morning expecting to at least hear mid-da Nate was awesome! It ended there. My Sprinter is my business. I don't need it Friday so I dropped it Friday morning expecting to at least hear mid-day Friday. I finally contacted them Friday evening and the technician hadn't gotten to it. I got it back Tuesday evening. But I didn't know when I was getting it back until Tuesday afternoon. Apparently only one technician. Fine but tell me so I can plan my business. And he only came in in the afternoon on Tuesday. To add insult to injury, there are not loaner vehicles available for Sprinters. As much as I like working with Nate I will not bring my van to the dealership unless I absolutely have to. I would assume that for other Mercedes the service center is fine but for a Sprinter I felt like a second class citizen. More

Appraisal was terrible. two different views by managers. Ellen Lans was great.
