The service technician was great. Scheduling was easy and very little wait on the phone. The check-in went quickly. The only reason I don't give them 5-stars is that I had a windshield replaced and they left tape across the windshield to the body of the vehicle. This tape was very difficult to remove. It took me 30 minutes to get all the residue off. They should have cleaned it up before I picked up the van. Everything else was great. More
