I purchased a used 2017 VW Golf from the dealership few weeks ago. After I took the vehicle home I found out extra noise from the front wheels (the sales guy told me it is because of new tires) but turned weeks ago. After I took the vehicle home I found out extra noise from the front wheels (the sales guy told me it is because of new tires) but turned out it was due to bad wheel bearings. Also on the way back home I went up a speed bump and the back socks/structs made a very bad sound. I took the car back, they looked at it after few days and told me that they will replace the bearings and socks (what's up with the 150 point test with 0 problems reported!). After few days they responded back saying they can't fix the rear socks because it's has no problem (it had serious problem!, I had a friend and a mechanic look at it). Unfortunately I had to return the car. I had to contact them and visit the dealership at-least 10-15 times till this point. I have returned the car since a while back and I have not received my downpayment yet. I have called the dealership several times since then but nobody has the answer, standard answer is either don't know or we will contact you and nobody contacts back. This is extremely frustrating, and I have wasted so much of my time already because of this. Did not expected this from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. More
