Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek - Service Center

My wife and I were visiting California and our E350 needed its first service completed. We made a service appointment and when we arrived, we told Jim, the service manager, that we were getting back on needed its first service completed. We made a service appointment and when we arrived, we told Jim, the service manager, that we were getting back on the road right after the service gets completed. He initially said the car would be ready the next day but after hearing we were traveling, the service was completed in 1.5 hours. Impressive customer service. I do not have any experience with the sales department however, if their service department is any indication of how the dealership treats it's customers, I might just drive back to California for my next Benz.
