I took my Mercedes for service to another dealership last year (Fletcher Jones Mercedes of Fremont). It was the most horrible experience I ever had. This time I decided to take it to Stevens Creek Mercedes w year (Fletcher Jones Mercedes of Fremont). It was the most horrible experience I ever had. This time I decided to take it to Stevens Creek Mercedes where the customer service in the service department was excellent. John Stanberry Was on top of every detail from the moment I got there was kind enough to contact me a few days after I picked up my car to make sure everything was working smoothly. It might’ve been the horrible experience I first encounter but I know where I’m taking my vehicle from now on. More
