Fred did great job in getting my key replaced and reprogrammed. His taking extra steps to resolve some possible programming issues led to the discovery of the lost key under the driver’s seat. It mus reprogrammed. His taking extra steps to resolve some possible programming issues led to the discovery of the lost key under the driver’s seat. It must have been in a location that blocked the signal because I still was unable to start the car. He is to be commended. More
Thanks for the short notice appointment to scan our Dynamic Control Module fault dash display. Our Sprinter Pulse was in and out in less than 24 hours. Good Work Guys. Dynamic Control Module fault dash display. Our Sprinter Pulse was in and out in less than 24 hours. Good Work Guys. More

I typically get good service until this last time around. I dropped my car off on a Friday for a repair. Was initially provided a loaner as usual by the front desk staff who stated they had SUVs and compacts I dropped my car off on a Friday for a repair. Was initially provided a loaner as usual by the front desk staff who stated they had SUVs and compacts available since repair was going to take a few days but then quickly rescinded by service team member Richard because it did not meet the requirement for whatever reason. Richard reported part would arrive Sunday and car would be fixed on Monday. Monday comes around, not fixed until likely Tuesday. By this time, I have been nagging family and friends to pick up and drop off my son at school or work because my husband and I also work full time. I asked again for a loaner and now Richard reports there is none available. It has been quite stressful juggling transportation without a third car when historically, this dealership had always given us a loaner. Then Tuesday comes around. I called Richard first thing Tuesday morning at 9am re: the readiness of my car, he did not return my call but someone else did on his behalf and said Richard would call me cause car was ready for pick up. Of course it was only me available to pick up the car so I needed a ride. Richard didn't call me so 2.5 hours later I called again. He then stated, someone would call me when they are on the way to pick me to go get my car within the next half hour. One hour later as I was about to call him again, I get a text from my husband that someone is on there way to pick me up to get the car. Finally, this whole time the work order was under MY name and I left MY number with Richard because the number he had on file was for my husband which he was informed and I even saw him write it down on the copy his my receipt that he had. It was so frustrating. How do they expect working families to work if they keep our cars so long WITHOUT a loaner. SMH. More
