After sales not as good as pre sales I brought my car in for scheduled service (I have the maintenance included in my payment). Was advised that my lease only includes 3 services and this I brought my car in for scheduled service (I have the maintenance included in my payment). Was advised that my lease only includes 3 services and this would be my 4th! This was not explained to me during the paperwork process and I was made to feel like an idiot. David kept telling me that I had uses my services too early but I was not aware of this. Jaleel has always been my service advisor and this was never explained to me.Ultimately we worked it out but it was not a pleasant experience. My lease is up soon and this is our 3rd MB. Not sure if I will lease another MB. I love my car but the after market service is not a pleasant experience. More

Best and fastest purchas ever! I am from Europe so German cars are not new to me. My whole family drives in German engineered cars: Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Audi. I received exceptional customer service, I got a great deal on my trade, the dealership worked on lowering the price of the vehicle to my desired amount and they took their time and waited for me when I had to go pick up my children from school, so I was very pleased they were not rushing me. I also received a great advise from the financial department and I decided to lease the vehicle instead of purchasing it. My kids love it and I hope this is not going to be my last Mercedes. More

My 5 year old has Autism. I try not to bring him into places where we have to wait & stand still for any period of time. At drop off, Ellen came to my truck to get info she needed. Then, she had them drive the loaner vehicle directly next to me, so I never had to take my son out until it was time to leave. The dealership repaired everything and returned my vehicle to me looking like I had just purchased it. Thanks to Ellen and the service folks who did the work. More
