Timeliness of service I had a chunk torn out of my right front tire on Friday morning when I accidently hit a curb in a parking lot. He was very attentive to the needs of our family and ensured we got exactly what we needed. He was very professional and made the buying experience enjoyable; a great ambassador for the company. We also worked with Jerry Cardine to finalize the financing and he too delivered exceptional service. A very friendly individual with great humor who again made the experience a great one. Good, service with one exception I had an all around good experience, however, there was one major flaw with the service. I am 19 and was not able to get a loaner car to drive so i e I had an all around good experience, however, there was one major flaw with the service. I am 19 and was not able to get a loaner car to drive so i ended up spending about 3 hours just sitting around the dealership waiting for my vehicle to be fixed. Mean while I really needed to be at work all day and missed a lot by sitting in there waiting and wasting time... they didn't even manage to fix the car after all that time, so somehow i'm supposed to go waste another whole day waiting around the shop without a car. More
