Service flaw My experience at Mercedez was good but it could've gone way better. This is my first experience in a brand that everyone says is the dream brand. Moe My experience at Mercedez was good but it could've gone way better. This is my first experience in a brand that everyone says is the dream brand. Moe and Jerry were great! through out the process. My disappointment started in the services department. As I was so excited for my first ever owned Mercedez was being watched by the dealer. Guess what? It was scratch on the rear bumper. However, I understand that as humans we fail and the director of services took ownership and fixed it with a paint job. So I got a loaner for about 5 days. When I went to pick up the car the rear bumper was fine but guess what happened now? The waterways to ensure water goes down on the trunk were taken off and never put back by the services department. As you may know, it rains everyday in Florida and if I had not noticed this flaw I would've been paying a lot of water damage on this vehicle. I honestly lost trust with this department. How can I bring my car for a regular service with trusting nothing will wrong???? Rick Acosta was great because he tried his best to have everything fixed but people behind the scenes just don't care. I am supposed to feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to Mercedez !!!! The dream brand right? Well I don't think that is the case. And no , no manager from the services area has called me to follow up ever since this incident. P.s. I went to the dealer one day and Gary green didn't seem like he wanted to sell cars; so I left. More
