However, compared to other Mercedes service centers, there were very limited food items and you had to pay for the snacks. I would recommend adding items like doughnuts, salads, sandwiches, bottled water, etc - all complimentary of course to bring this service center at par with the other top rated dealerships. More

Purchased SUV with hidden electronic issues! Purchased a vehicle that had a damaged entertainment monitor that is a $4,200 dealer item only. Was promised it would be taken care of for 3 months, o Purchased a vehicle that had a damaged entertainment monitor that is a $4,200 dealer item only. Was promised it would be taken care of for 3 months, only to be told they would not cover or even assist in covering the repair. Vehicle only had 16,000 miles at purchase. Even called MB cooperate who also provided no help! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

We worked with the salesman there, Robert W, he was great! He took down all the information about the GLK we wanted. He called me every single time something came in that matched what we wanted. This went on for a month, but he did not give up on us. Finally, he found us the perfect GLK, and we love it!! We will return to Robert for every car we buy in the future! More
