great made appointment by phone for a Saturday because the xxx who knew what was going on with my sprinter was going to be there. When arrived service write made appointment by phone for a Saturday because the xxx who knew what was going on with my sprinter was going to be there. When arrived service writer Eric gonzelos informed me that the Tech, Eric, was not in and I WAS VERY UNHAPPY, Eric calmed me down and said tech would be in Monday to do the job. Well Monday came and Tech still had work from Friday to do so work on our Sprinter did not get completed til Tuesday. Was called, Eric said were going to wash unit be about hour. we picked up unit, checked the sliding door and it worked Tech eric knew what he was doing. thank you!!! He even furnished info about another request I made. We were treated very goo. More
