All good except for the negotiation on the sale of the car Worked with a salesman to negotiate trade in value and sales price of a Certified pre-owned car. Wanted to have all of that finalized before coming t Worked with a salesman to negotiate trade in value and sales price of a Certified pre-owned car. Wanted to have all of that finalized before coming to the dealership, including the dealer fee. We settled via text message on both figures; however, when finalizing the finance paperwork, the dealer fee was added to the "all in" price I was quoted. Sales said that there was a miscommunication and that they didn't mean for the dealer fee of $699 to be included in the gross sales price, and it could not be waived. They offered a few accommodations to make up for the miscommunication, but wouldn't alter the sales price or trade to make up the difference. I had been at the dealership for 3 hours, so instead of walking I chose to sign. Manager never introduced himself to address the issue. Salesman seemed genuinely sorry for the confusion, but I would not have come in to buy the vehicle unless I felt like everything was finalized. I would have walked, but with so much time committed I chose to just take the car. I don't believe there was an attempt to bait and switch, but I do believe that they should have honored the agreed upon price. Other than the issue above, the experience was fine. Salesmen were very knowledgeable of the product, and the finance department was not pushy at all. Very nice showroom and friendly staff all around. More

Their polite, friendly, professional and courteous customer service skills were delivered in a manner that was, in my opinion, superior and deserves immediate recognition. Noah and Jerry both answered all of our questions accurately and in a timely fashion which is indicative of their job knowledge and proficiency. They accomplished all this while maintaining a friendly smile and disposition during the entire car buying process. They not only made our car buying experience stress free and hassle free, but they did so in a very efficient and timely way. They are truly remarkable employees and should be commended for making our car buying experience a very enjoyable and pleasurable one as well.
