Srvice Advisor Great, Switchboard Phone Emplyees..."SUCK" Call Mercedes of Tampa, ask for my service advisor, on hold (Awful Music) for 15 minutes, voice comes on, "Who ya holding for ?" I say my service adv Call Mercedes of Tampa, ask for my service advisor, on hold (Awful Music) for 15 minutes, voice comes on, "Who ya holding for ?" I say my service advisors name, she says, "hold please." 10 minutes later, another voice, "are you holding for someone ?" yes, service advisor, "who ?' Dan Polen ! I'll put you thru to his voice mail. Case close on those beauties. My service person, Dan Polen, is great. Takes good care of my needs and handles all situations in a professional manner. However, you do need to re-vamp your phone answering people. (This isn't the first time it has happened with those beauties.) More
