That said, the people and the experience at Mercedes Benz of Tampa has almost become something I look forward to. I schedule an appointment when I want it. They greet me and go over what they are going to do and estimate the amount of time they need. They have given me loaner cars and /or offered me rides to my office or the airport depending on my needs. My car gets serviced and they stay in contact with me and I am notified when it is available for pick up. I can be fully serviced on the drop off and pick up and actually spend less than 10 minutes at the dealership. Ellen, my client service associate, knows I prefer to get in and out as quick as possible. . That's why I say "a pleasure to do deal with." More

Flat tire Got up to go to work and found out that I had a flat tire. I changed the tire and found a nail in it. The technician looked at the tire and noted it was worn unevenly and suspected the alignment was off. He pointed out the opposite side rear tire had similar wear pattern. I did not have an appointment but he arranged for a loaner car and got me on my way to work in less than 20 minutes. My car was ready with two new rear tires and re-aligned by eleven am. More
