It was a call from Richard Kemner in sales asking if I was still enjoying my 2014 GLK350 and if I would like to come by and see the new GLC300. Of course, why not! Rich is charming with a great sense of humor and was quite knowledgeable about both models. I asked if I could "trade up" and how that would work. He very patiently explained everything to me. I explained what features I would want in a new car and he made it happen. Of course, Jerry Cardine in finance, was the miracle worker by explaining all my purchase options. This was my second purchase from MBoT and it's just a wonderful experience. A shout out to Jaheel Khan in service for his suggestion of Lunar Blue with beige interior. More
Need more service people this dealership has very curtious employees but there are never enough of them. My service advisor has been Dave and there are always multiple people this dealership has very curtious employees but there are never enough of them. My service advisor has been Dave and there are always multiple people waiting for him. He does a wonderful job of addressing everyone when they come up to him and helping with their needs; however when I was there last to get a tire check it took an hour and a half. I had to wait till Dave finished with other customers at his desk just to inquire about the progress of the car. I had to leave without getting my car washed because of how long I waited and had to return to my office for a meeting. Dave is always friendly and effeocent With his time but he always has multiple customers waiting to get help. More
