Exceptional Service I called Mike Nankovitch, my Service Advisor, on Wed, Jul 6th, he was able to schedule my repair for the following day. I brought my car in about 10AM, was promptly greeted and discussed my repair with Mike. He was able to get my car in and repaired, washed and back to me by Noon. I hardly had time to enjoy the Cafe. Outstanding Value and Service!!! Let me just start by saying that I'm a thorough shopper and I do a lot of research before making a purchase. I also don't write that many positive reviews because lets face it, customer service seems to be a thing og the past...except in MB of Tampa. My review is imparcial and objective. First the way they handle incomming potential customers. When you arrive at the dealer you can walk around and look at the cars without pressure, they allow you to take your time to look at the cars. If you are interested and you approach the office entrance area they have hosts (not a sales representative) approach you and simply ask how they can help. I liked that because it allows you to just browse if that is what you want to do. So I informed her I was interested in buying a vehicle and she introduced us to Cody, our sales representative. Cody was very informative about the technical aspects of the vehicles prices and options. We really like the no pressure to buy attitude. It was more of an informational enjoyable conversation (which led us to buy anyways in less than 30 min lol). The main aspect we liked about the sales part of the deal was the nice professional attitude of Cody. We didnt felt like we were dealing with a traditional salesman that just cares aboit making a sale. Value! we went to every MB dealer in the area (3) and non of them got evel close to the price we were getting with MB of Tampa. I'm talking about a 7,000 difference at the minimum. I dont know how they were so much lower than the other places, may be volume because we did notice that their selection was considerably larger than any of the other locations. Closing the deal, which is often overlooked by buyers but it is the most important part of the deal. We had to return the next day... The financing bank with the lowest approved rate asked us for a several documents. Jared made a phonecall that facilitated everything for us with another bank of our choice and in minutes. I notice that he was talking to the bank rep about golf a little prior to asking him to assist us. Thats is the way to go, personal relations go a lot further than an email, Kudos. The delivery, very informative and the miriad of extra services, from loaner cars, airport drop off and pick up,etc...We just bought a car for my wife...and I found where I'm buying my next car. More
