Simon went above and beyond expectations in that everything we discussed with regard to the car I was purchasing was exactly as he represented. We settled on a price, which included a trade in from my previous vehicle and proceeded with the paperwork. While the paperwork was being processed, I was walked through the car and given full instruction on the automobile, primarily the use of the electronics. After going through the car, the paperwork was complete and again, exactly what I expected. I was able to sign the necessary documents and completed the transaction without delay. My wife has leased a car from Mercedez-Benz (Simon) previously and we will certainly be back in about 6 months to look for a new vehicle for her. More
