Very enlightening! Excellent service. My lease with Cadillac was up and I had to, not lease, but buy a car. I went back to Cadillac but was disappointed in what they would do for me plus I was rather sadden at their tactics in sales. I checked another dealership but again nice but did not follow through with my requests. I decided I would give Mercedes Benz a try. To be honest I enjoy their Lattes and thought that I would drop in & bless myself with one! I not only enjoyed my Latte but I now am driving a Mercedez. I love my little SUV. I can not say enough about the salesperson, Luis, and his manager Tom. They were absolutely wonderful to me. They listened to me....what I wanted and could afford. They were knowledgeable, took their time with me and showed me not only one car but several never trying to push me into buying any. Their sales tactics were excellent. So are your lattes! From the moment we stepped foot in the door, my mother and I were greeted with a warm welcoming by the receptionist and were offered refreshments while we waited to meet with Jonathan. Although I had a good understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle, Jonathan was able to reassure that my needs were going to be satisfied by walking me through the enhanced features of a specific vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and understood the level of detail that went into the overall design. Not once, did I feel that I was being pressured into buying a vehicle which was quite frankly the largest purchase I have ever made. I was handed off to Kevin after confirming that this was the car that I wanted and Kevin took it from there. I was introduced to many members of the team, including the service tech who would be helping me in the future. Kevin offered different payment options and was able to work with me to select the one that I was most comfortable with. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership if you are one who appreciates customer service and a friendly but professional atmosphere. More
