Totally exceeded our expectations! We were leaving for a weekends at our beach home, happy we had gotten an early start (3 p.m.) to perhaps beat the Friday traffic. My Mercedes-Benz S We were leaving for a weekends at our beach home, happy we had gotten an early start (3 p.m.) to perhaps beat the Friday traffic. My Mercedes-Benz SUV was packed with luggage, coolers of food, our 14 year old granddaughter (who decided to bring a friend at the last minute) and two feisty miniature schnauzers. Within a mile of our home the "low tire pressure" indicator popped on. I wanted to scream. My husband called Robert Weisgal, our awesome salesperson (my vehicle is new, so I have not established a relationship as of yet with anyone in service who met us at the Service Drop-Off Bay. We were ALL whisked out of our vehicle, the teens were escorted to the coffee bar for an iced vanilla latte, I walked the dogs and my husband and Robert spoke with the Service Rep. While the puncture from a screw in my tire was being repaired, the girls took selfies with all the vehicles on the showroom floor (future customers now?), and the dogs were invited into the waiting area where they held court with anyone who would pet them. The staff from the coffee bar even brought them water! Within 30 minutes we were on our way. Your team turned what could have been a frustrating delay into an interesting start to our weekend. Home run, Mercedes-Benz, home run! More

Got the best deal I selected a GLC with the options I needed and shopped around for OTD price to compare apples to apples, as far as Daytona, St Petersburg, Lakeland an I selected a GLC with the options I needed and shopped around for OTD price to compare apples to apples, as far as Daytona, St Petersburg, Lakeland and many other dealerships. None of them was able to give me more than $1000 discount off MSRP and this dealership offered me over 6k right at the first call I made, and they honored it till I picked up the vehicle. One little problem I faced that while closing the deal inside the finance manager office, he tried to add $150 to final statement. It was not the final price we agreed upon. When I pointed this out he immediately removed it. Not sure if it was unintentional or...if it gets thru, let it:-) He did not pressurize us into buying any thing else and was very funny. Overall good experience and a great deal! More
