Too expensive!! I took my 07s550 in to The dealership to have the Airmatic compressor checked. By the time my service rep contacted me I was not prepared to hear that I took my 07s550 in to The dealership to have the Airmatic compressor checked. By the time my service rep contacted me I was not prepared to hear that my repair bill would be $3,000.00. Previously I had work done on my car other than the B service I was not prepared to have all of the additional work done. I would appreciate the dealership much better if they would repair what ask them to and give me a list of needed repairs. JEEZ!!!!! More

Service center good experience I was scheduled for my Service B. My car was taken in on time. I was told I needed my rear end aligned so it went back into the shop. My tech did h I was scheduled for my Service B. My car was taken in on time. I was told I needed my rear end aligned so it went back into the shop. My tech did have to call into the service bay to see why it was taking so long. I was in at 10:30 and out at 3:30. I was offered a loaner car a few times but the promise time of repair was less than an hour so I declined. The service tech was very thorough with my concerns and could not have been better at customer service. the car wash at the end is always a nice treat. More
