The whole experience just took to long. If your planning your day around your appointment with the dealership...DON'T! I took my car in just to have the radio and navigation system looked a If your planning your day around your appointment with the dealership...DON'T! I took my car in just to have the radio and navigation system looked at and it took three hours and some change. I couldn't believe how slow they were even for something as simple as what i was there for. On top of that when i finally had enough of the wait i went out in search for the agent who helped me and when he seen me he waived me over to say my car is ready...xxx dude!! I feel Dustin could have come and closed me out before he starts with anothet customer. Im done with this location....I'd rather go to Wesley Chapel. More
