Amazing Staff and Service My partner and I were looking for the Lexus dealership; when we saw Mercedes-Benz dealer and decided to drive in. They were already closed except for My partner and I were looking for the Lexus dealership; when we saw Mercedes-Benz dealer and decided to drive in. They were already closed except for the service area when we met David Dobin. David very courteously asked us if he could help us. We told him that we wanted to see some of the vehicles. He told us that they were already closed but he was willing to go back in and help us out. We felt his gesture and willingness to help was quite sincere and admirable. Especially when he did not know if we were going to waste his time or not. But, yet, he offered to help. That left us with a great experience even before we started. We returned the next day, it was rainy and not the perfect day to be car shopping. But, David and his team made it fun and helped us find the perfect vehicle for us. We went in with the possibility of walking out with maybe one car, but David and Jerry were so amazing at helping us that we drove out of the lot with two cars instead. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time, but I have never received this kind of assistance, attention, friendliness, and positive attitude as I did from David, Jerry, and John. Thank you, guys, for making our experience as enjoyable and smoothly as it was. More
Good work; no sense of urgency The service department had my car for 6 days and I was not given a loaner. The service manager said that no loaners were available. I had an appointme The service department had my car for 6 days and I was not given a loaner. The service manager said that no loaners were available. I had an appointment for 12:30p.m. on a Friday. No updates until Tuesday and Wednesday. Car was ready Thursday afternoon after replacing the battery, windshield wiper blades and repairing the AC system. The AC system is now working very well and Dan was very courteous and professional with me. However, we were inconvenienced by not having a loaner for the length of time that the dealer had the car. More

Extremely great service I originally came in for a scheduled service B. Jaleel Khan is great at making you feel welcome and comfortable. All went well with my yearly maintena I originally came in for a scheduled service B. Jaleel Khan is great at making you feel welcome and comfortable. All went well with my yearly maintenance. As I was leaving, I told Jaleel I would see him next year. He responded that I should come back sooner for a car wash. But, about 15 minutes after I left the service area, I got a flat tire. Well, once the spare was on my car, I returned to see Jaleel and said, "i'm back sooner". I told him of my mishap and he told me not worry and sent to get a smoothie. I didn't have an appointment this time but Jaleel made sure my car was serviced. He is the BEST! More
