From the initial phone call to check the car I saw online was still on stock, negotiating over the phone, scheduling a test drive, discussing financing, closing the deal, meeting different staff members up to leaving with car I was looking for, the experience was without issues. Larry was courteous, attentive to my requests, and made the whole process a breeze. On the financing, Jared worked diligently to find me a deal that made sense, and finally Grace carefully and patiently explained how some of the modern features work. More
