Best Dealership - Great First Experience This was my first foray into luxury cards. I was connected with Mark Gray through my credit union. He gave me such a great deal, better than any of th This was my first foray into luxury cards. I was connected with Mark Gray through my credit union. He gave me such a great deal, better than any of the other MB dealerships. The other dealerships seemed like they didn't care if they got your business or not. Mark went above and beyond. I was in a tricky position because of the negative equity on my trade-in but he was able to work magic and gave me $3000 more for my trade-in than any other MB dealership and came down on the MSRP by $5000 to get me to the sweet spot I needed to be in. I called the service department, made an appointment that was convenient for my schedule and they even provided a courtesy shuttle to my office. The car had not been serviced in while so I expected a few things to be discovered. I was pleasantly surprised with then service writer did not try to push extra stuff on me. This was a top notch experience all around. More

When it was realized that the software being loaded or upgraded was experiencing difficulties and it was impacting on the customer(s) delivery time, he made certain that the customer was appraised of the condition and advised appropriately. Alternatives were offered so as to not compromise and impact the customers time availability. The solution sets offered enabled the service center to complete their recall(s) in a timely fashion, with effectiveness and efficiency, and without compromising the customer(s) time and their availability. Time is money and money is time, in either case neither of the two should be squandered! Good job Mike. More
