They made us feel like we were buying a brand new Mercedes!! At the end of the month of April 2016 myself, the love of my life (Future Wife) and my 16 year old daughter whom I love dearly enjoyed a wonderful car At the end of the month of April 2016 myself, the love of my life (Future Wife) and my 16 year old daughter whom I love dearly enjoyed a wonderful car buying experience. In my 38 years on God's green earth I have never experienced such top notched genuine customer service, professionalism, friendliness, honesty, quality of work which culminated in us purchasing a high quality, almost mint condition used vehicle with low miles for an excellent price! Mr. Arnell Howard made us feel like we were purchasing a brand new Mercedes-Benz rather than simply a used car which was not even a Mercedes-Benz but rather a 2006 Lexus instead. Mr. Arnell Howard made us feel like we were the most important people on the planet. Mr. ArnelI Howard was extremely knowledgeable and pleasantly humorous! I can assure you that I am not easily impressed. It was clear to me and my family that Mr. Arnell Howard must genuinely love what he does. Mr. Arnell Howard made me and my family feel right at home! Lastly, but certainly not least, my family and I dealt with Mr. Jared White in finalizing the financing of our vehicle purchase. Mr. Arnell Howard made it easy for anybody else to finish up a deal after his involvement and Mr. Jared White did a wonderful job finalizing our vehicle purchase. Mr. Jared White had some of the most comfortable chairs in his office and I was tempted to take one home with me as a further token of remembrance of the wonderful experience but I knew there would be other customers who would benefit from the chair remaining aside from the chair appearing to be a very expensive quality. Mr. Jared White was very professional, friendly, and pleasantly humorous. From the beginning of the purchase process up until today's date has been a wonderful car buying experience that my family and I will never forget! More
