Best Service Center - No Waitng When I pulled into the drive for a service visit I was greeted promptly by a greeter and my Service Advisor, Rick Greene. I had reviewed prices from 3 different MB dealers and I had to negotiate with them to get to the price I was looking for. They gave me a hassle free car buying and trade-in experience on the entire transaction from start to end. I have owned an Audi, Lexus, Acura and now a MB and this dealership had the best sales experience for me by far. I definitely recommend this dealership and John Creighton (my sales associate, whose name is not listed below) and Kevin (my finance POC) to anyone looking to buy a MB or any car comparable to the GLC 300. Told me service problem was fixed but it was not. Took the car in to have inoperative blind spot monitor repaired. Received call 3 hrs later saying repair complete. Retrieved car. On the way home got Took the car in to have inoperative blind spot monitor repaired. Received call 3 hrs later saying repair complete. Retrieved car. On the way home got a message on the car's message center in the dash saying blind spot assistance inoperative. Same thing again today. More

Even though he was very busy, he makes every customer feel they are important. The reception people at the drive through are great - very friendly. The only problem I had was that the check tire pressure warring light was on and it was not repaired. Perhaps it is an intermittent problem and did not come on when they checked that. PS: Coffee bar is excellent. . More
