Service Excellence My R350 was in the shop for over a week to have the engine replaced. The whole process was handled very well by Mike Nankovitch. Even though he was very busy, he makes every customer feel they are important. The reception people at the drive through are great - very friendly. The only problem I had was that the check tire pressure warring light was on and it was not repaired. Perhaps it is an intermittent problem and did not come on when they checked that.
