I received wonderful customer service from everyone, and all my questions were answered. Aaron is very pleasant. He knew exactly what I was looking for and he did everything possible to meet my wants, needs and expectations! Manager Tom took the time to meet me and make sure that I was satisfied, this is always appreciated. Jerry assisted me with the signing; he was very kind and made sure I understood everything and left with no questions. Mary is a sweet lady who helped me with getting to know my new car and now I can enjoy all the amazing features! The dealership is very clean and offers complementary drinks and smoothies which are very yummy. I appreciate everyone's assistance and great attitudes! Starting with a sales staff who do greet you as you are looking around but in NO way become the leeches all auto customers really do hate to the very friendly and clear spoken receptionists to my favorite sales person Simon Tickett to the knowledgeable and very quick to get his job done Adil who some call Adam to my ever caring and always wanting to please Service Rep Jaleel. WHAT A TEAM!!! Why would I go to any other Dealership??? However, for the first time in all the years and purchases that I have made with Mercedes of Tampa I did have one issue. I'll say no more than Chris from Customer Care...the ones who go over the features of the automobile with you...needs to go through some additional training...not on his knowledge of the vehicles but certainly on how to treat a customer who may not be as technically capable as he may be. But the experience with Chris was certainly NOT enough to make me turn away from this most excellent Dealership. More

He is a true professional, always watching out for all of his clients, ensuring that there aware of upcoming services, which overall is for al of our safety. Service Advisor, David Zupkosky is a very extremely knowledgeable individual. He is truly dedicated to his chosen profession and would make an excellent supervisor. After 39 years with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, as well as serving my last 18 years as a Lieutenant Deputy Sheriff, I honestly believe that David Zupkosky, would make an excellent supervisor if given the opportunity. Excellent experience all the way around! I first started talking to Asmae about a new GLE 350 on Saturday morning. It wasn't long before she found the vehicle I was looking for and we reached a deal and I was on my way to the dealership to pick it up. She knew I was coming from out of town and she did her best to expedite the paperwork before I got there. Kevin explained all the paperwork to me and was able to answer all my questions about financing and warranty options. Chris was very knowledgeable about the car as he showed me all the features and had no problem answering my questions about those features. I never felt pressured or rushed while I was there. I look forward to being a return customer in the future. More
