Customer Service I had scheduled an appointment for routine service and asked for a loaner car since there was appointments I needed to attend to and did not want to w I had scheduled an appointment for routine service and asked for a loaner car since there was appointments I needed to attend to and did not want to wait. On arrival, car drop off was like a zoo, but got to service rep and he said there would be no loaner and would have to wait 1.5 hours (actually took 1.75 hour ). This E350 bought at Mercedes of Tampa was my first and was told that service would be as good as Lexus and that you would provide loaners as needed and even come pick auto up, service, and deliver back. We had been Lexus owners for 20+ years having purchased over 10 vehicles (from LS to GS to GX to RX) during that time. With all these autos, Lexus provided loaner cars when requested, and would pick up and deliver when requested. We currently own a Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Tampa, and they have consistently picked up this Lexus, leaving a loaner, serviced, and delivered each time of routine service. With our experience with Mercedes, you can be sure this will be the last Mercedes we buy, and we will be sure when asked by our friends, recommend Lexus and discourage looking at Mercedes of Tampa. Cary Jedlovic is THE BEST! If there is one thing I do not like , it is buying a new car. I hate the haggling etc. Cary is no nonsense and outstanding in his field. Best experience ever My wife and I was try since last year 2015 to buy a sprinter but for few reasons we wasn't able to purchase the vehicle but this year, 2016, we decide My wife and I was try since last year 2015 to buy a sprinter but for few reasons we wasn't able to purchase the vehicle but this year, 2016, we decide again and that was the best experience ever, Jonathan made it so easy and not complicated for us and also he calls to make sure that we had a good safe trip back to Naples and call againthe next few days just to make sure that everything is okay with our brand new car.
