Mercedes purchase I had a great experience purchasing my Mercedes. The staff from sales to finance to the lady showing me all the features of my new car were all wonder I had a great experience purchasing my Mercedes. Mostly good. The staff was friendly and the waiting area was comfortable. So far (about 200 miles) it seems like the did a good job servicing the car. However, t The staff was friendly and the waiting area was comfortable. So far (about 200 miles) it seems like the did a good job servicing the car. However, the car was left messy inside. There was dirt on the inside of the door, something sticky on the steering wheel and dirt on the floor. It wasn't terrible and only took a few minutes for me to clean but when you pay upward of $400 for a service appointment you expect a bit more care. More

Relatively good experience My sales person Luis was excellent. He located a car with most of the options I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and professional. Negotiations went smoothly and I actually ended up leasing instead of buying. My only complaint is that one important option I requested was a backup camera and I assumed it was on the car but didn't find out until a day later it was not. I requested to have one installed but no reply from the salesman as yet. I don't want to buy one since the car is leased and not owned. More
