Awesome Experience! Being from out of town, my wife and I noticed loud noises coming from our engine on the interstate heading back to Orlando. We contacted the closest dealership, which was in Tampa. We were towed back, at no charge, and were able to get our car evaulated with 10 minutes prior to their closing for the day. We were welcomed by Darrell Williams, given a loaner car to enjoy our weekend, and our car was completely repaired and ran better than it has in a long time! All of this happened on Mother's Day Weekend, so I was able to get back to Orlando and enjoy spending time with my Mother. Darrell Williams made our experience an awesome one and wanted to make sure that our weekend wasn't ruined. That's what I call great customer service. More

"My easiest buying experience ever!" My wife and I purchased a 2016 GLC300. I had two trades which I thought would make things difficult. My salesman Antonio Martinez said just get me t My wife and I purchased a 2016 GLC300. I had two trades which I thought would make things difficult. My salesman Antonio Martinez said just get me the VIN numbers and I will get you the figures for your cars ... sight unseen! I was expecting the usual low ball figures for my cars. To my amazement they gave me clean book for them AND when they finally saw the cars they actually gave me more money for them! I was floored. Between the trade allowance and the discount my car shopping was over and we picked up our new vehicle that evening. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Brett Tatum who was nothing but a class guy. To sum things up: Mercedes of Tampa doesn't play the usual dealership games we've all come to expect, they are true professionals. Now if the service department is anyway near as good as the sales team I will be one happy camper! More

That in itself is a statement of great satisfaction not necessarily often associated with automobile dealerships. I'm thrilled with my service advisor, Ellen Tackett. She is a prime reason I'm a satisfied customer. Dealing with a salesperson is an occasional thing but your service advisor is a constant. Not necessarily a frequent but a constant in your relationship with a dealer. Ellen is a large portion of my decision to buy again from Mercedes Benz of Tampa. When I was considering a purchase I even asked her for a recommendation of salesperson. Again she was spot on with her recommendation of Mark Gray. Coupled with Jared White in the financial department and it was a trifecta. Then it was finished off with Jaden Batten teaching me about all the wonderful features in my new S550!
