Couldn't be Happier! My brother has been a long time customer with Mark Gray, so naturally when it came time to find a new car for me he knew who to call. My brother told him what I was looking for and within several days The Perfect Car was found :-) I made an appointment to see it and it was indeed perfect. Mark is so professional and easy to work with. This was not just my first Mercedes Benz it was also my first car buying experience alone. Finally, results! After going around in circles with a one of the service guys, I had enough! I asked to speak and deal directly with a supervisor. In came Fernando M After going around in circles with a one of the service guys, I had enough! I asked to speak and deal directly with a supervisor. In came Fernando Muñiz to the rescue. Yes, I had to go all the way up to a "supervisor" to have my service issues resolved. Sad but I'm glad it was Fernando who responded and resolved my problem. I brought my vehicle in to have the tailgate looked at AGAIN and finally have it fixed, and to have one of my wheels fixed/repaired under my "wheel protection package". After having the unpleasant experience of having to deal with Darrell W. and his poor customer service and people skills, I'd had enough. My tailgate was finally repaired but my wheel was not. Now, since I had brought it in before for another wheel, I expected no issues. To my surprise, when I got my vehicle back, my wheel had now been painted over grey with what looked like very cheap paint/spray can quality in a desperate attempt to try and match the charcoal grey that was on the other wheels and the vehicle. I'm not sure what surprised me the most, the fact that this quality of work was performed or that they let the vehicle leave their service department in this condition. In my defense, my wife had picked it up and we both did not get a chance to look at the wheel until she arrived home. It was at this point that I requested a supervisor/manager. Fernando came in and not only saved the day but provided the best customer service experience I've ever had at this or any dealership! Thank you Fernando M.!! More
