However, the amount to times I had to come to the service center (6+) to fix my issues which I paid for (around 2,000$) was where my experience fell off. I think this was a mixture of a few things, however I still am experiencing the back end of that issue as it remains unfixed. More

The only reason that I gave Jerry 5 stars is because Kevin, Adam, and Bernie stepped in the finish the process. Jerry lied to me a couple of times so I got to the point that I couldn't trust anything that he said to me. He told me that Wells Fargo wouldn't do my loan if I didn't take the Premium Package. I told him that I would get my own loan than. He called me back 10 minutes later and said that they would do it. He quoted a high price on my loan payment without the package so that it looked closer to the loan amount with the package. When I did the calculation it came up $55 lower than the amount that he was telling me. He then made up some excuse as to why he made that mistake. I am sure that he gets good results but he doesn't go about his business in a way that I was comfortable with. I will definitely tell my Tampa friends to request another finance associate if they get assigned to him. More

Success in purchasing a pre-owned car! Lawrence Pfingsten, Internet Sales Manager, and James Berger, Sales Manager, at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa were a large part of the reason we purchased a Lawrence Pfingsten, Internet Sales Manager, and James Berger, Sales Manager, at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa were a large part of the reason we purchased a pre-owned car from that dealership. They were both knowledgeable and their demeanor made the car buying experience less "painful." When we took the car out for a test drive, Larry sat in the car while we stopped at another dealership to ask about an extended warranty. That went "the extra mile" for us. James was instrumental in getting us in the door with his excellent e-mail communications about the car and our negotiations. I would recommend both men when looking for a car. More
