Treated with Disrespect I have been a long time customer. I have purchased 5 MB from this dealership and have had them all serviced there. This last time we serviced our two I have been a long time customer. I have purchased 5 MB from this dealership and have had them all serviced there. This last time we serviced our two cars we were treated with disrespect. Even when I called back to clarify the situation, I received excuses and a very combative attitude from my service advisor. Even if my request was unreasonable I did not deserve to be treated with disrespect. I had a poor experience. It is easy to give great service when everything goes well, it is when something goes wrong that true stellar service shines. Mercedes-Benz of Tampa failed on all accounts. More
