Bob, Instead of your standard "our dealer offers competitive pricing" line, which you cannot possibly believe, and will never change, find other language that is more believable. While you were away two members of your courteous staff called me to address my concerns but all I got was the same company line. Bottom line is that everyone there is a courteous, professional thief. DK
