My husband is a long term BMW owner and is thinking of switching because of the quality of service I receive from Mercedes Benz of Tampa and in particular Dustin Rogers. If I have a question about anything with my car, I can txt my regular service adviser, Dustin, and he always responds within minutes with an answer, and not a flippant answer, but a thoughtful, conscientious response. I never thought I would say it, but I totally trust a car dealer to give me honest advice. Additionally, the actual repair or service is always done quickly and correctly. More

Good Repair Ridiculously Priced Replaced transmission conductor plate. Repair seemes to have been done correctly, as it should have. They even have a $50 "shop supplies" fee which is just a way to get more money from you, even though they charged top dollar for every single item associated with the repair. I was stuck and needed to bring the car back to NY in two days and they knew it. More

He takes care of us and our cars as though we had bought the most expensive cars in the dealership. Repairs are done when David said they would be done. Sure, there may be a less expensive option, but that's irrelevant. This is the best value I've experienced. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car here and would recommend this shop to anyone with a Mercedes or Porsche needing maintenance or repairs. More
Another great experience with Mercedes Benz of Tampa Leased two vehicles (GLE-350 & GLC-300) from Mercedes Benz of Tampa working with an excellent sales person Jonathan Welty. My wife decided that the G Leased two vehicles (GLE-350 & GLC-300) from Mercedes Benz of Tampa working with an excellent sales person Jonathan Welty. My wife decided that the GLC-300 was a better fit for her after closing on a GLA-250. Jonathan and the dealership went out of their way to find the GLC-300 with the features requested without any issues and both of us are very pleased with the two vehicles. I will always purchase my Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Tampa and will continue to work with Jonathan. Jonathan always thinks of the customers needs first. Great experience. More
