Hello operator Repeatedly now, for the last month or so, the operator when you call the dealership, does not introduce themselves, if the service person you are call Repeatedly now, for the last month or so, the operator when you call the dealership, does not introduce themselves, if the service person you are calling for is not at their desk, they say "Dan is not at his desk".
