Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and transparent. Kudos to Ron Wardon and his team - Kevin Cao, Mark Sheets, and Julian Burt. It's been over a month since I purchased my car and I recommend asking for any of them if you are looking for a new or used car. Sadly, the experience with the finance team was terrible. I won't go into details but suffice it to say you have to check and double check everything said and make sure you get explicit answers. The good news is Bob Murray the GM and Ron Wardon helped make things right. More

The dealership emp I called the dealership service department in advance to schedule an appointment and to ask about the price for both service A & B. The dealership employee provided a price on the telephone for both services. I provided my husband the total amount of the service charges. At the time of checking out and making the payment the price was different of what it was quoted to us. More
