Best Vehicle Service Center Period As the owner of multiple vehicles, I have had the opportunity of visiting many automobile service providers. NONE of them come even close to the excellent level of service that Mercedes Benz of Tampa offers. Fast, courteous and professional level service has been provided to me at all times for the past 8 years. I even feel comfortable of sending any of my daughters to bring their vehicles for service without any wary, knowing they will be treated respectfully and properly with confidence that all repairs will be done to the high Mercedes Bens standards. Dustin Rogers at the service center is the best. Very professional and always on top of things. Vito Bosco in sales always take care of finding me the new car I like fast at the right price. Customer Service could have been better My past service visit, 4/22/16, was unlike my previous experiences. This time around, I didn't get the courtesy like other valued customers who patron My past service visit, 4/22/16, was unlike my previous experiences. This time around, I didn't get the courtesy like other valued customers who patronize your establishment. I had to personally go find out about the status of my vehicle because the Service Advisor never came back to check on me or provide updates. When I arrived up front there wasn't an acknowledgement of me sitting back in the waiting area without any kind of updates either. As I mentioned, my prior experiences, I always had someone show their concern but not this time which certainly had a negative effect on my customer experience. I also mentioned to the Service Advisor about how my A.C. wasn't working properly but instead of getting a trustworthy estimate or suggestion I was told that it could become quite pricey just to find out the problem and fix it. So, needless to say, I left the service area without any kind of recommendations or viable solution for my A.C. issue. (I guess I will have to take it to another dealership to get the proper help). If I have any car maintenance needs in the future it issues like these that I mentioned that will make me more apprehensive about taking my car to this dealership again. However, I do still admit that this one bad experience doesn't outweigh all of my prior visits and the excellent work that has been performed on my car. Thank you. More

But I wan in Jerry's office for over an hour as he not pressure but kept pushing me to where he wanted my financing to be. Finance a higher amount, higher interest and low down payment. Until I signed the papers I was not aware my financing was not through MBFC. Wish I was told before. The whole transaction was about how he could make his incentive rather then what I wanted. He even asked me to finance a higher amount and send a check directly to the bank instead of giving a higher down payment. More
