But I wan in Jerry's office for over an hour as he not pressure but kept pushing me to where he wanted my financing to be. Finance a higher amount, higher interest and low down payment. Until I signed the papers I was not aware my financing was not through MBFC. Wish I was told before. The whole transaction was about how he could make his incentive rather then what I wanted. He even asked me to finance a higher amount and send a check directly to the bank instead of giving a higher down payment. More

Perfect! My wife had identified the car that she thought she wanted to purchase at the Lexus dealership but we decided to stop at Mercedes just to make sure th My wife had identified the car that she thought she wanted to purchase at the Lexus dealership but we decided to stop at Mercedes just to make sure that we had investigated other options before closing the deal. We agreed that we would only spend 10" there as we were pretty sure that we had nailed down the right car at the Lexus dealership. We had zero knowledge of the Mercedes line up but were very fortunate to meet Kern. He listened to what we were looking for and within 10" we had a good understanding of the entire line up of the Mercedes line in relation to size, features and approximate cost. Within another 5", we were looking at a car which we didn't know existed, but was absolutely perfect for our needs. The AMG450. Kern is a great listener and also a great educator. He knew everything about Mercedes and methodically and carefully showed us how each feature of the vehicle worked. When we took out the car for a test drive, there was no question that this was the right car for my wife. Kern was an advocate as we nailed down the final acquisition cost and we ended up with the perfect car at the perfect price. At least 5 other members of their team interacted at some point with us, as simple as giving our dog a treat or some water. I would have to say that the entire experience was not good.... it was PERFECT. We never felt like we were being sold a product. It was more of an education from a new friend. The way we were treated by the entire team also left us with no "buyer's remorse. "We will definitely return to this dealership in the future and Kern is our man. She let me know how long the service would take and made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting area. I did not have an appointment and was pleasantly surprised on how quickly the oil change was completed. My car came back to me running smoother than ever and was cleaned inside and outside. Love this dealership and how they treat the customers. More
First service on Sprinter(Itasca Reyo RV) and change oil Job was done w/recalls as well. We also were offered a free washing, waited for 45 minutes and the vehicle came out without being washed. Can we qualified that of poor service? More

Arnell Howard was a pleasure to work with, he helped my husband find exactly the car I was looking for. The dealership is beautiful, with a focus on keeping customers happy. Jerry Cardine in the finance department was able to find us a better interest rate than we had calculated, a plus! I especially enjoyed the concierge service upon taking delivery, it was great to have a knowledgable team show me all of the features of my new vehicle. I highly recommend Mercedes of Tampa. More

Part of the family A small plastic part on my 2002 SL500 Silver Arrow broke, just normal wear and tear. I called my service advisor, Dave Z. He chased down the part an A small plastic part on my 2002 SL500 Silver Arrow broke, just normal wear and tear. I called my service advisor, Dave Z. He chased down the part and worked with the parts department to get the part in. I expected a long delay because of the age of the vehicle and the minor nature of the part. Less than a week and the part is installed! I feel like part of the family! Thanks to Dave and the guys in the parts department. More
