Awesome experience Looked at the Tampa Mercedes online. I saw a car that I was interested in and sent a request for a quote.The dealership called and set up an appointme Looked at the Tampa Mercedes online. I saw a car that I was interested in and sent a request for a quote.The dealership called and set up an appointment. When I arrive a few days later, they had the car ready for me. Arnell met us at the door with a smile and offered to show me the car. He reviewed all of the specs and took me for a test drive. I was sold!!!!!!!!!!! I'd received a pre-approval from my bank but it was less than what the car sold for. Arnell worked with the numbers and offered to check with the Mercedes for financing. He came back with an approval and the interest rate was less than my bank! Angelo! what can I say, we had a great time, not just going over the financing but conversing like old friends!
