I saw a car that I was interested in and sent a request for a quote.The dealership called and set up an appointment. When I arrive a few days later, they had the car ready for me. Arnell met us at the door with a smile and offered to show me the car. He reviewed all of the specs and took me for a test drive. I was sold!!!!!!!!!!! I'd received a pre-approval from my bank but it was less than what the car sold for. Arnell worked with the numbers and offered to check with the Mercedes for financing. He came back with an approval and the interest rate was less than my bank! Angelo! what can I say, we had a great time, not just going over the financing but conversing like old friends! My boyfriend had spoken to Arnell prior to us going up to the dealership to let him know I was looking for a white GLK, and when we showed up he took us right over to a GLK the dealership had just got in a few days before. I got to test drive it and was in love!! Arnell worked with me to get the price within my budget and got me the car of my dreams! He even followed up with me after I purchased the car to check in and make sure everything was good. Adam was also very helpful closing the deal and explaining all the different warranty and prepaid maintenance packages. He talked me through all the options and helped me decide which I needed.
