Arnell was so helpful and showed me the perfect car for me the first time I went in to the dealership. My boyfriend had spoken to Arnell prior to us going up to the dealership to let him know I was looking for a white GLK, and when we showed up he took us right over to a GLK the dealership had just got in a few days before. I got to test drive it and was in love!! Arnell worked with me to get the price within my budget and got me the car of my dreams! He even followed up with me after I purchased the car to check in and make sure everything was good. Adam was also very helpful closing the deal and explaining all the different warranty and prepaid maintenance packages. He talked me through all the options and helped me decide which I needed.
