Lovin' my lunar blue GLE! My experience with Gary, Angelo, and Grace was experiential and distinctive. From the moment I stepped on the sales lot a couple months earlier, Gary My experience with Gary, Angelo, and Grace was experiential and distinctive. From the moment I stepped on the sales lot a couple months earlier, Gary was upfront, honest, and not at all the "typical sales" guy I've experienced. He is unique because he makes a personal investment in finding you the vehicle that is best suited for your needs, as well as looking out to get you the best deal possible. Gary was able to get me a $2k rebate offered through my employment that I wasn't even aware of --outstanding! He was also very patient with me as I took over a month to decide what I wanted my next vehicle to be. He didn't use those tactics you often see to keep a person on the lot at their first visit. It was a most enjoyable experience, and I will certainly be a return customer to him when I am ready to trade in my vehicle. Angelo (in finance) was also fantastic and personable, and put me at ease through the entire signing process. He too looked for creative ways to lower my monthly payment. Lastly, Grace did a phenomenal job of helping me learn all of the features of my new GLE, and seemed just as excited as I was to talk through them all. She took her time making sure I felt comfortable before she moved on to another area of the vehicle. She really helped solidify my loyalty to Mercedes of Tampa. The service was great, good place to wait. might consider some kind of hot meal to enjoy while, vehicle are repaired doing the meal time, coffee and donuts are not satisfying. always a nice experience while visiting dealership while car being serviced. I'll be driving this car to Arizona in May and returning it to my son who is station in the US ARMY. The 350 SLK is a great Road car it's made for long distance driving going to miss the car when I return it. but not the maintenance. There are no cheap repairs on a Mercedes Benz . I knew when I received the car. the cars last forever, when maintained. More

interior lights i came to Tampa for service because i was not happy with the answers i got from Wesley chapel dealership. i went there first to have them fix a proble i came to Tampa for service because i was not happy with the answers i got from Wesley chapel dealership. i went there first to have them fix a problem i was having with the rear ambient light. i was told it was normal that they flickered when i started the car, this was after they kept my car and ran a check on it. i have owned quite a few Benz and i knew that was not the case. i set an appointment in Tampa and left it there for them to fix the problem. my service consultant was Rick Acosta and he was on top of it from the time i got there to the the time i picked up my car. the problem was fixed and handled very well in a timely manner. very very happy the way i was treated.
