The service was great, good place to wait. might consider some kind of hot meal to enjoy while, vehicle are repaired doing the meal time, coffee and donuts are not satisfying. always a nice experience while visiting dealership while car being serviced. I'll be driving this car to Arizona in May and returning it to my son who is station in the US ARMY. The 350 SLK is a great Road car it's made for long distance driving going to miss the car when I return it. but not the maintenance. There are no cheap repairs on a Mercedes Benz . I knew when I received the car. the cars last forever, when maintained. More
Way above expectations for an automobile purchase. All the people I dealt with Mark-Sales, Brett-Sales Mgr. and Jerry in the Business Office exhibited the same great characteristics. Listened to what I had to say and what my desires were. Never made me feel like I was being "hustled" - a common characteristic of automobile dealers. Service was ok but they damaged in interior of my car and The service was ok but they damaged the interior of my car and can't seem to get my name right. The passenger side front door handle/arm rest was The service was ok but they damaged the interior of my car and can't seem to get my name right. The passenger side front door handle/arm rest was somehow dislodged. Apparently the arm rest assembly is attached to the door with a knob on the arm rest that fits into a round hole. It had been dislodged. I noticed it after returning home and called my service rep, who was very nice and professional in person, and left a message but never got a call back. Also my first name is not Charles. My first name is Edwin but I prefer just Ed. Thank you More

Not a very good first impression Phone scheduling girl was terrible. Young isn't an excuse for poor service. Called on Tuesday for appt for Friday 7:00am. When I arrived friday at 6:40am service rep said wait 20 mins not open. I was the first person there . At 6:57 the very same service rep who knew I was the first one there skipped me and took a man who arrived much later then me. The next service person skipped me again for the person who arrived second after me.?? Then Ellen Tackett helped me and said she could not find me in the sytem for my scheduled appt?? Left my vehicle there for service to be done was contacted later only to be told they couldn't do anything to my vehicle cuz the computer was offline ?? Had to get a ride back to MBT to get a loner car (it was clean and nice)?? Had to Leave my vehicle there over night?? Comeback next morning to be told MBT couldn't fix the problem?? At this point not very happy?? Please know Ellen Tackett was very helpful professional and provided excellent customer service????????She is the reason I would return to MBT for service. Acknowledge her good work cuz the others I had contact with prior to her failed?? Rude...came off as arrigent! The way I see things these days people should earn a paycheck by working for it with the right skills and attitude...seems like some folks at MBT need at reminder that it's an earned privilege not a right to have a job!
