Poor communication I planned on purchasing a car from this dealer. I did my homework, placed an inquiry and was ready to make the trip to the dealer today, to finaliz I planned on purchasing a car from this dealer. I did my homework, placed an inquiry and was ready to make the trip to the dealer today, to finalize the transaction. I spoke with Nick Masky who was very responsive and accommodating. Rather than pay cash, I requested to have someone from finance contact me to review options.. I received a call from Max Spada. Max asked me to apply online as the finance manager was currently with other customers. I was hesitant to apply online, as I typically prefer to speak with someone, but, decided to trust that the process. The inquiry came through on my credit report alert system within minutes. Max also had Nick send a formal quote to which I countered. I requested that someone from finance contact me, but, never heard back. I placed calls to the finance department, left messages with no response. I emailed and sent inquiries on the website, all with no response from finance. So now I have an inquiry on my credit report from this dealer with no communication back. In my opinion this is poor customer service and communication, which prompted me to write a review. Perhaps cash would have avoided this unpleasant situation, and I will not make the same mistake again. More
