I still drive 45 minutes to this dealership even though a new one recently opened just a few minutes from my home. I can't say enough about the facility and the 5-star service provided by Dave at MB of Tampa. Highly recommend. More

He explained to me what they were going to do and then explain to me what they had done. He also had them take care of an update that I was unaware of, which was nice. I was also very pleased with the shuttle service. Jason who drove me was a delightful man and I truly enjoyed my ride with him. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend ! More

I appreciated that the service rep didn't try to lump in a bunch of "oh you need this done Great customer service for warranty work on my 2013 Smart. I appreciated that the service rep didn't try to lump in a bunch of "oh you need this done today" extras. He was honest suggesting we would require some work/service in the future and pointed it all out. I was loaned a new Smart for the day as well. BTW kudos to them for the Café waiting room. It is run by people with Autism and offers great (free) coffee and reasonably priced quality snacks. Comfortable chairs and a nice large screen TV are also provided. Made the hour plus wait pleasant. More

Bad experience because of a rude employee! Dave Z was not pleasant on the phone and was even worst in person. He should not be working in customer service or he should change his attitude. The only time I felt good there is when Bob Net was nice enough to talk to me while I was waiting. Bob was so nice, the opposite of Dave Z and I wish I had dealt with him. More
One and Done I saw an internet ad for a used car the dealership had just taken in. I called the dealership and was referred to Kevin Cao. I explained to Kevin th I saw an internet ad for a used car the dealership had just taken in. I called the dealership and was referred to Kevin Cao. I explained to Kevin that I was interested in his vehicle, but that I was coming over to Tampa from Vero Beach (150 miles) and if the car was "right", I wanted to conclude the deal. As it turned out, the car was good, but had some cosmetic damage that required repair. Kevin assured me the damage would be fully repaired and the car fully detailed before pickup. We agreed on the price of the car, with a minimum of haggling, and Kevin FedEx'd all the paperwork for signatures, handled the details, and was good on follow up. I made a second trip the following week to pick up the car, and it looked perfect. While Kevin knew I probably won't be a repeat customer, he was very responsive and professional and courteous in this transaction, and the dealer repairs were excellent. More
