I did not get a call that night or the next day regarding my car until I called to check and the receptionist was new and switch all over the place until someone gave Mr. Net a message to contact me. Mr. Net would be the reason zi will not switch to another dealer for services. More

Dave Z. to the rescue! I relocated from Tampa to St. Pete and although there are other dealerships in my area I prefer to have my vehicle services at MB of Tampa. Here' I relocated from Tampa to St. Pete and although there are other dealerships in my area I prefer to have my vehicle services at MB of Tampa. Here's a perfect example of why; I happened to be driving by the dealership and given that a message had been popping up on the board for a required service, that I had been putting off for over a month, I pulled in and asked Dave Zupkosky. if he could fit me in. He then went beyond the call of duty not only to fit me in but he got me back on the road within 1.5 hours and addressed several other issues I was not aware of. During the time at the dealership my salesman, Robert Weisgal, reached out to me to see if there was anything he can do for me...I told him what I was looking for and I hope to hear from him shortly... So I solute the dealership and Dave Z. & Robert W. for their consistent level of customer service and professionalism. More

Two outstanding experiences working with Bruno! My boyfriend leased an E400 Cabriolet last month from Bruno, and we had such an excellent experience, I came back last week and leased an SLK 300. I have been a BMW girl for the last decade, but both of our experiences with Bruno and his manager, James, far surpassed any of those I've previously had at BMW. Bruno was an absolute pleasure to work with... he bent over backwards to accommodate all of our must-haves and nice-to-haves, was extremely responsive, and got us both a great deal. In addition, Chris, who managed my financing, made the process of completing all of the paperwork very smooth. If you're in the market for a Mercedes-Benz and anywhere near the Tampa Bay / St. Pete / Clearwater area, I would highly recommend this dealership and Bruno Santelli specifically. More
