Fantastic Care of an Aging MB I've taken my 2007 SL600 to MB of Tampa Bay for many years and have received nothing but honest, expert, and competent service and TLC for my favorite I've taken my 2007 SL600 to MB of Tampa Bay for many years and have received nothing but honest, expert, and competent service and TLC for my favorite sports car of all time. I discovered Dave Z. a few years ago and he is probably the best service advisor I've had during 20 years of owning MBs from numerous MB dealerships. He's friendly and knowledgeable, and takes a personal interest in making sure my car is running at its best. He explains things, gives me options, looks for ways to save me time and money, and simply does an excellent job. Dave Z. and MB or Tampa Bay get my highest marks! More

Things that were not needed for my car at this service. I always follow the required service that my cars have needed. However, this time there were two items that were done but were not necessary. 1. I I always follow the required service that my cars have needed. However, this time there were two items that were done but were not necessary. 1. I keep windshield fluid in my garage and take care of this regularly., and 2. I replaced the remote battery for my car entry just a few weeks ago and was charged for two new batteries that were not necessary at this time. If I knew this was part of the service I would have declined to have these two items done. All they had to do was ask. I know these were not expensive items, but still it was an annoyance. I spoke to my service agent (who I like very much and trust him) and he told me he would give me a credit the next time my car was in for service. I am only writing this because you asked. More
