Mr. Bruno Santelli took the time to provide us with information about a new vehicle even before stepping foot in the dealership. Upon arrival; my family and I were greeted by Mr. Bruno Santelli and Arnell Howard who were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in. I was very impressed with the staff as not only did they make my car shopping experience comfortable and easy, they went out their way to work around my tight work schedule so that I could drive home that same night in our new car! . They stayed over their work hours so that we could get all the paperwork signed. I was so grateful and pleased at how considerate the staff was. Mr. Angelo went out of his way to complete all the paperwork as smoothly as possible and considering the late hours and our little ones crying, he was uplifting and patient through the whole process. Mr. Bruno Santelli not only provided us with a wonderful experience in purchasing our new car, he also took the time to follow up with us after the purchase. I truly feel that I can just pick up the phone anytime and he will be more than glad to help us with any further questions we have about our new purchase. Mr. Bruno provided us with answers to all of our concerns and I feel my concerns were thoughtfully considered and he was very interested in them. He went above and beyond to make our shopping experience a memorable one. After my experience at the Tampa Mercedes Benz dealer and the follow up obtained by the salesmen that helped my family and I, I can definitely see that customer service is a priority for them, and I definitely feel pleased with our new purchase .All I can really say is that I Highly recommend them to anyone. Drive in Service I just want to say that your Service Rep. Mrs. Ellen Tackett is extremely efficient and super. My wife's spare tire valve was defective and she drove I just want to say that your Service Rep. Mrs. Ellen Tackett is extremely efficient and super. My wife's spare tire valve was defective and she drove in to get it looked at and Mrs. Tackett had it repaired in no time. We thought we'd have to make an appointment to have same serviced. No so with Mrs. Tackett. My wife and I love that lady. Great Rep and great service. More

Always great service from Dave Z at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa My husband drives a 2008 ML-350, I drive a 2012 ML-350 and we are currently keeping our son's 2007 ML-350 during his deployment as a USAF AC-130 pilot My husband drives a 2008 ML-350, I drive a 2012 ML-350 and we are currently keeping our son's 2007 ML-350 during his deployment as a USAF AC-130 pilot. Our Service Rep. Dave Z is always there for us and when we brought our son's car in last week he was eager to help. The service department found a small leak of transmition fuel and got it fixed in no time. Something our son hasn't had time to do and is very happy to know is now fixed before his return home.
