Integrity and outstanding service won my business! I have owned several BMW's and was considering whether or not to make the move to Mercedes. I started looking online and was connected to Chad Close. I have owned several BMW's and was considering whether or not to make the move to Mercedes. I started looking online and was connected to Chad Close. He was professional and helpful, never pushy. Most importantly he made it clear that he wanted to earn my business and he did. He conducted himself with tremendous honesty and demonstrated that I would be a valued customer. I had not intended on buying as quickly as I did, but Chad made the process so simple and transparent for me, there was no way to leave without a brand new Mercedes. Chad truly went above and beyond to make me happy! Coop made the financial process equally as open and simple. And his sense of humor was refreshing for a numbers guy ;) I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay, Chad and Coop. More

Not bad for first service - but, some room for improvement My experience was somewhat less than fully satisfied due a some communication issues/mistakes with my service representative. Time sensitive communica My experience was somewhat less than fully satisfied due a some communication issues/mistakes with my service representative. Time sensitive communications were NOT received. Survive representative used an incorrect email address. At the end of the day, and as a result of not receiving info on how customer could contact Michelin, the customer bit the bullet and purchased a brand new tire. I was just frustrated as I was unable to contact tire manufacturer. Mercedes held the position that damage was due to a pothole -- yet no other damage to wheel to confirm their conclusion was visible. A mysterious bubble. I questioned a manufacturing defect - but was quickly suppressed. Not possible was their conclusion. So with a brand new tire with 9000 miles on it in my trunk, my plan is to find some time to gain some forensic analysis. No scrapes on the side wall, no scratches on wheel - yet Tampa Bay Mercedes rules - pot hole damage. I am an engineer - I just do not see how they could conclude that the tire would not be replaces or at least, a fair 9000 mile pro-rated cost to replace the tire. More

I realize this is almost universally applied by all dealerships; however, we all know that this is just a profit item which bears little relationship to the shop supplies actually used. Hassle free car experience I spent the past couple of months looking for the "right" car. Every dealership I went to I felt pressured by a sales person, trying convince me as t I spent the past couple of months looking for the "right" car. Every dealership I went to I felt pressured by a sales person, trying convince me as to why this car was the best. I couldn't even stand outside and look at the cars without someone hounding me. That all changed when I stepped foot on to the Mercedes lot in Tampa. I got a chance to look at the cars before someone greeted me. It was a kind young lady who invited me inside and introduced me to an associate who walked me through their inventory. His name was Amaury. He simply showed me what they had, told me the features of each car and let me drive all the cars I wanted. He never once pressured me or got frustrated with my indecisiveness. I drove the CLA 250 and the GLA 250. I felt like both were out of my price range. I knew which one I liked more but told him I'd have to think about it and left. I spent the next couple of days looking at other cars but ended back at the Mercedes dealership. I was immediately welcomed by a different person who remembered me and the sales associate I was dealing with. I ended up getting the GLA 250 that day and know I got a great deal. They spent time working with my budget and making it work. I don't feel gypped or taken advantage of in anyway. Two of the other managers, Tom and Coop in finance are absolutely awesome too! I met many people including the general manger who all were friendly, and very accommodating. Another gentleman named Chris showed me how to use the car once I bought it. It may seem like common sense but it has a lot of features to take advantage of! It was nice having someone to point everything out. If you're looking for a car, don't let the fancy Mercedes sign scare you away. They will work with you and you too can get the car you've always wanted. More
